Product details

Succulent species. Leaves fleshy, sub-cuneate, crenate at margins. Stems red, creeping or procumbent. Flowers bilabiate, white covered with tiny purple spots so as to appear turquoise at a distance. Flowers grouped in long erect inflorescences appearing from spring to autumn. It needs well drained soil and a half-shaded exposure. It can withstand temperature down to 5°C if the soil is kept rather dry. KwaZulu-Natal and Eastern Cape. It grows wild at forest margins, in woods, in slopes covered with trees and among shrubs.
