Terms and conditions

The following terms and conditions are accepted by ordering from Vivaio Corazza (following “we”/“us”).

All goods are sold ex nursery and are sent at purchaser's risk.
All prices are expressed in euros (€/EUR) and are VAT inclusive.
Payment must be made in euros (€/EUR) and must be cleared before we start processing the order or made as cash on delivery.

We accept the following methods of payment: PayPal, cash on delivery, bank transfer. Other methods must be approved in written by us, case by case.
We have a minimum order of € 25.00 + dispatch and packing cost.
Generally every parcel cannot contain more than 5 “heavy” items (usually such as potted plants in containers over 12 cm in diameter). If necessary the order will be divided in more parcels.

Dispatch and packing cost per every single parcel sent within Italy is € 13.00, or € 9.00 if it contains only cuttings, small bare-rooted succulents or unpotted bulbs.

If an order content and/or destination are different from the aforementioned cases the dispatch and packing cost will have to be calculated and will be indicated by us by email.

We do not send plants outside the European Union.

In certain seasons or in certain environmental conditions we cannot handle/divide/send and sell some kinds of plants (e.g. taking stapeliad cutting during cold/humid winter days or dividing bulbs while vegetating or sending tender plants with freezing temperatures).

Prices vary according to rarity, size, cultivation costs, time during which a plant has been cultivated in our nursery and other factors. Usually when the price of a certain species is highly different from the previous year's one it is because the size of the available plants has noticeably changed.

If, for any circumstances, certain items cannot be sold we will refund their price.

We retail only.

We have special conditions for botanical gardens and for research institutes. In such case please contact us.

We usually process the orders within a week after clearing the payment. Occasional delays of a few additional days can occur in some rare occasions.
Italian orders are sent by express courier (GLS) that delivers within 24-48 hours after dispatch. Other European orders are sent by postal service that delivers in about 5-8 days.

If you want to return/refuse one or more item/-s please contact us within 8 days after receipt of the goods for a written approval. We will do our best for the customer satisfaction, within the limits of the good sense, and will comply with the relevant regulations.
Visible transport damages must be claimed to the courier immediately at receipt, however please let's know.

We also study plants and our botanist regularly check for the taxonomical correctness of the accessions in our collections. If a species would ever be sold under a wrong name its price (but no more than its price) can be refunded (apart from synonymy cases).
